Found the drain line in the fresh food section completely clogged and the heater warped. Made adjustments to the heater and cleared the drain line. Installed new heater extension wire down the drain line and checked the evaporator wall for minor cracks. Found no cracks. Applied permagum around thermistor in the fresh food section. Reassembled unit and advise the customer they will need to run the unit through a 24 hour defrost cycle with the doors open to allow the remaining ice to defrost. all checks ok."
