"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of suds (see pics) accumulated during test cycle. Found error code for oversudes. Burning smell noticed from customer can originate from the drain pump activating the flood safety control, in which the drain pump runs for 8-12 mins continuously. This will cause the pump to produce a burning like smell. Advised the customer to only use 1 tablespoon or less per cycle for powdered detergent and 2 tablespoons for liquid, also advised them to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis. All checks ok."

Customer states that unit intermittently wont spin. Clothes are lumped in the center soaking wet. Unit does drain all the water out. Customer is able to run drain and spin after and it will spin out. Checked unit for error codes. None present. Unit is still level. Ran diagnostics test. Unit ran through with no issues. Control is intermittently shorting causing no spin. Customer states that normal light flashes and drain pump comes on. Normal light flashing is a leak error. Pulled unit from counter and inspected. Signs of water around drain pump and water valve. Cleared sensor of water and ran to test. Leak is coming from the water valve. Site shows 2 valves for unit. Both identical but do not sub to one another. It appears something is causing the unit to deteriorate from the inside.
