Sensor is shorted and not reading correct temp. This should not affect the wash ability of the unit. Ran further test and found dispenser not fully opening. It pops open but the door wont open. Nothing blocking dispenser. Unit needs dispenser and thermistor. Customer is thinking on the repair and will call in if they wish to repair.

Inspected the unit and found the customer was getting a C4 code. Indicating a water issue. Removed water hoses and tested them. And found that the customer was getting no water at all through his hot water hose. Checked in the basement at the plumbing. And found that all valves were on. Indicating the issue was at the valve at the unit itself. Advised customer to have the valve replaced so he could get hot water going to the unit again.
