Inspected pressure switch and hose. No loose connections or blockage or hose. Ran diagnostics test and unit went through with no issues. Ran rinse and spin cycle to test. Unit filled to proper water level and advanced on with no issues. Currently unable to duplicate concern. Most likely cause is a shorted control board. Board retails at 490.00 but is NLA. Incoming water is monitored by the flow meter and drain by the pressure switch. Likelihood of both failing is slim to none."

Upon arrival turned unit on a regular cycle and felt no heat coming out. Checked voltage at the plug as well as on the unit. Both tested good at around 230v. Checked the back of the unit at the timer and selector switch to make sure everything was plugged in and not damaged. Took unit apart and tested all thermostats and the heating element for continuity. Everything tested good. Put unit back together. Checked unit over found when in spin cycle unit was slamming into sides of tub. Disassembled unit and found back right suspension rod had come off. Reinstalled and tested unit. Spin has a lot of play in spin cycle but isnt banging. Unit is usable but needs replaced.

Checked unit over found that the unit had a blank fuse and thermostat. Replaced fuse and thermostat under part warranty and tested unit. Let it run for 20 mins and heated and cycled on and off with no issues.

Ustomer states that unit is stuck on h02 and wont start. This is a delayed start time. Advised customer on delay start options and operation of controls. Customer also states that unit is loose in the cabinet. Inspected and found left front leg not touching the floor and unit has a forward tilt. This will cause leaks over time. Adjusted front leg but could not adjust front to back level. Unit is sitting on the tile floor and this is keeping it tilted forward. Cannot adjust front legs higher to match because of counter. Tile needs to be removed so unit can sit level. Advised customer to have installer come back out and trim tile to level unit.
