Inspected unit and found the vent lines completely clogged and moisture buildup inside the dryer. Ran a diagnostic cycle and found an error code for air flow blockage and for faulty door switch. Ran a cycle and found no airflow through the exterior home vent. Made adjustments to the door and door switch. Switch not functioning properly. Advise the home owner they will need to have the vent lines cleaned out by an HVAC company. Behind the unit the vent line is too long and should be shortened.
