"Customer states that the unit is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. They had the vent cleaned in September of this year. Ran diagnostics and found error codes, F4E3 air flow, F4E4 voltage, F3E6 open moisture sensor. Voltage to the unit is correct at 230 V. The unit has good airflow with the vent disconnected and the moisture sensors test good. The controlled board has a software issue that is not sensing the moisture correctly and short cycling. Inspected the unit and found the drain pump running with low water flow through the hose. Cleaned out the wash filters and ran another cycle and still low water flow. Pulled the unit from underneath the cabinet and upon doing so found the line was kinked. Ran another test cycle and the unit emptied water from the tub without any issues. Advised the customer to have a plumber come out and inspect the drain line for damage (drain lines not covered under warranty) and to make adjustments to the line to prevent it from kinking. All other checks ok.
