Customer states that unit wont drain after a glass broke. They removed as much as they could but it still wont drain. Also getting a grit on the dishes in the upper rack. Removed wash arm and filter screen to inspect sump. No large debris found in sump. Some grit was in the sump. Vacuumed out sump to remove grit. Removed drain pump to inspect. Found some glass debris in it and in the drain hose. Cleared glass and reassembled unit. Ran to test. Unit is draining properly now. Advised customer to run dishwasher cleaner through unit to help clear grit. All ok.
