Removed drain hose from extension hose and reinstalled correctly. Ran the rinse only cycle to test. The wash motor is very noisy. The unit needs the sump assembly and gasket. Due to cost customer would like to price options.

Installed all provided parts and verified correct operations. Unit still wont power on. Checked voltage again and have 117vac between neutral and line. Voltage between neutral and ground is 30vac. The unit does not operate because of voltage at the neutral side. Customer is getting electric supply fixed. If issues persists the main board will need replaced again due to shorting. Unit should function fine once voltage is corrected.
