"Checked out the unit and customer stated that when running a normal cycle, it will start beeping at her around 15 minutes left and has no error code showing. Reprogrammed the control board and ran a test cycle and the unit completed the cycle with no issues. The unit is heating up and drying properly, customer had their vents recently cleaned as well."

Checked out the unit and found a large amount of ice on the back wall in the fresh food section coming through the back of the air tower. Advise the customer that we can steam out the ice buildup and try to steam out the airways and gave him an estimate for it. The customer just wanted to do a manual defrost and see if that would fix the issue. Check OK

"Checked out the unit and customer stated that it was leaving streaks on the dishes after a cycle. Ran a test cycle and found during the wash cycle. There was a large amount of suds on the inside of the washer. Customer is using a powder soap, and also advised the customer to make sure they are running cleaning tablets throughout the unit to help resolve the suds buildup. Checks OK"
