Ran spin test and it got to speed and ran smoothly. In test mode all the functions operate as they should. Ran rinse/spin cycle to test for leaks. Unit filled and ran cycle with no issues. Control loosing pressure sensor is causing it to flood and leak. The inverter is dropping out the rpm causing oob events. Temperature sensors is reading 1,069 ohms at the board and connector. Well within specification. Preheated unit to 350 in bake. Unit preheated in 10 minutes. Temperature got to 364 by my digital thermometer. Allowed unit to cycle to get temperature average. Unit is averaging a temperature of 335?. Offset bake temperature by 15?. "Customer states that the unit is leaving black stains on the clothes. They can run another wash with no detergent and it comes right out. Inspected an item that they saved. The black stain is buildup of soap scum, and fabric softener. Inspected unit and found large amounts of soap scum on the underside of the basket. Advised customer on soap usage, and cleaning of the wash basket. Advised them to run a washing machine cleaner at least two times and to cut back on the amount of soap used. The unit has no error codes and otherwise functions as it should."

Customer states that the interior light only works when the temperature is set to off. Light is also flickering when it is working. Removed control box to inspect connections. No loose connections in the control box. Removed rear panel and found power cord Molex connector loose, it was not fully seated. This was causing light and operation issues. Rerouted wiring so it was not stressed by the compressor. Unit is currently operating as it should. If the problem occurs the unit has wiring issues inside the cabinet that cannot be repaired. Customer to monitor and call if issue reoccurs.

The lower oven had a liner under the bake element. This had signs of burning/overheating. Removed the liner and advised customer against liner use. Upper broil element is operating correctly. The upper bake element shorted open from normal use. It will need the element replaced. Ran lower oven to test. No odors when heating oven. Customer concurs it is not producing an odor now. Unit got to temp in 10 minutes. Allowed unit to cycle to obtain average temperature. 377, 304, 388, 310, 390, 315. Temperature averages out to 347?. Well with inspect. Unable to duplicate concern of the lower of not maintaining temperature. Unit needs upper bake element.; rqstng P&A on 1 W10207397 (Bake element)"

Found the screw securing the rotor and stator in place and broke off and part of it was stuck in the gearcase shaft.
