Ice maker temp is at 26 degrees. Not cool enough to produce ice. No defrosting issues. Air leakage is causing sluggish ice maker performance. Removed ice box to inspect. Nothing looks out of the ordinary. Gasket isnt rolled or torn. Old gasket material has been removed. Calling Electrolux Techline for assistance. Spoke with Randy and per his suggestion I applied permagum to the areas that show air leakage. Advised customer to monitor for and frost build up. Checked unit over and found that the drain line was pinched and was leaking around the drain hose. Fixed the drain hose. Dropped down the front feet on the dishwasher to raise up the front end of the dishwasher. Tested dishwasher multiple times and let it run for 5 to 10 minutes and unit did not leak. checks ok

Customer states that unit was making an odd noise so they shut it down and havent ran it since. Ran diagnostics to check for error codes. F5E2 door stuck closed error present. Ran to check for noise. Noise is coming from the drain pump. Removed pump and found glass in the impeller. This was rattling around causing noise. Removed and ran to test. All ok. No more abnormal noises. Door was not opened between cycles which is why the error is present.

"Customer states that unit wasnt in use for awhile. When it went down it stopped cooling completely and had no power. Customer plugged unit in on Tuesday and it has been running and cooling since. Inspected unit; compressor is running at 1 amp, evaporator fan is running, voltage to compressor is correct, no loose connections, no broken or burnt wires, defrost circuit is good. Frost pattern on evaporator is good. Unable to duplicate concern of no power/no cool."
