The only thing that I could see with the door is a small cosmetic issue, where one side has a little bit more of a gap than the other, but not directly affecting the functionality of the machine. I also noticed that the rinse aid reservoir was completely dry that it had never been filled up. I explained to her that these units are high efficiency, and that they must have rinse aid in order for the dishes to come out dry. Ran a test cycle. Unit will not lock and throw an error code for a failed control board. Unit still needs a new control board and a lid lock. I spoke with Ryan and informed him of what was going on. Gave him the estimate for the repair and hes going to speak with Molly. They will let us know if they want to continue with any more repairs.

"Checked unit over, found that the unit was not cooling properly and was extremely hot. Found that the condenser fan blade had come off and bound up the motor. Reinstalled condenser fan blade and tested unit. Unit has a massive amount of ice buildup on the inlet line for the condenser. Unit has a restriction in the sealed system, which is why it is not cooling properly. Homebuyers is putting the unit into options."
