"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of grease on the underside of the unit coming from the gear case. The gear case has cracked and has gotten grease all the rotor and stator. Removed the agitator but could not remove the nut securing the gear case onto the inner basket. Used several resources and tools to remove the nut and it started to strip the nut. I advised the customer they could continue using the unit but it would only get worse. Customer noticed unit beeping from time to time. Entered diagnostics and found an error code F6E3 for miscommunication. Control and console needs to be ordered along with inner basket and nut. Inspected unit and found ice build up inside the freezer section on the ceilings and all the bins. Found the drain line completely frozen over. I could not remove the evaporator cover to inspect the evaporator and fan. Advised customer to defrost unit for 24 hours and once its defrosted we will come out the following day and inspect the evaporator cover and make sure there are no issues. All other checks OK; saved tckt
