Removed agitator and found that bolt was loose. Reinstalled agitator and tightened down bolt. Unit checks OK. If unit need continues to have issues we need to replace the agitator and the agitator base. Please let me know

Fixed dispenser pad for water that was keeping the unit from functioning properly

Reprogrammed and instructed on usage. No issues with the unit.

Checked unit over found that the dishwasher would intermittently power on and shut off and you could not get it to stay on for a long period of time. Unit needs new control board and user interface. Dishwasher is also leaking and flooding the customers wood floors. Found that the unit was leaking from where the tub was welded together on the back right corner. Unit needs a new tub and lower spray arm. Spoke with AHS and they're putting into options.

Inspected unit and found a failed convection fan motor. Tested the front right burner and infinite switch and it passed according to manufacturer standards for temperatures on a fast broil element. Provided information to customer about how this fast broil burner works, it does not do well low temperatures. Estimate provided and approved. installed parts and ran a test cycle. All checks ok.

Icemaker is functioning properly. A large amount of ice was just build up in the bin and not allowing it to dispense. Cleared ice and let the customer know they will need to empty it out periodically to prevent that from happening. All checks OK

Installed new parts and checked the water pressure coming out of the hoses. The cold water hose water pressure was significantly less than the hot water. Informed customer and showed him. He said he would look into this further. I explained that it will probably keep doing the same thing if the water pressure in the cold water hose isnt higher.

Inspected unit and found the water not coming into the unit from the water valve. Checked the hoses to the water valve and had proper water flow to the unit. Replaced water valve and ran tests. All checks ok. ; used 1 5221EA1008F (Water valve) from stock

Inspected unit and Found fan working properly. I took the fan cover off and tightened the fan all the way. Customer was concerned because it was loud. I explained to them that some manufacturers are louder than others. All checks ok.

Upon arrival I started a quick wash cycle to test the washer to make sure it was running through its cycles properly. Unit is cycling like its supposed to. Not finding anything wrong with the unit. Showed customer when it started its rinse cycle that it did go through a rinse and working properly. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found the icemaker mold not filled with water. Customer stated that the back right of the unit leaks occasionally. Remove the back panel and found water marks coming from the water valve and drain pan. Filled the drain pan up with water and found no leaks. Ran 40 ounces of water through the filter and the waterline did not leak. Customer said the leak is sporadic. Checked unit over found that the unit was not heating the water and the unit had multiple lights out on the display. Unit needs a new control and display due to being shorted out. Unit is not cleaning and is leaking water. Unit needs a new wash motor and sump assembly. Unit is about 15 years old in the kitchen; rqstng P&A on 1 W10482480 (Sump assembly) and 1 W10551673 (Touchpad) and 1 W10510666 (Motor) and 1 W10804120 (Control)

Checked unit over and found the unit was leaking from the bottom tub seal and also leaking oil from the gear case. Unit needs outer tub and gear case. Unit is about 10 years old. In the laundry room; rqstng P&A on 1 #### (Gearcase) and 1 #### (Outer tub)

Checked unit over found that the unit was cooling properly and did not have any frost buildup in the freezer. Refrigerator was at correct temperatures. Checks OK

Checked unit over found that the unit was heating and everything was functioning properly. Multiple buttons on the touchpad are worn off. Called American home shield and gave them this information. Due to the unit functioning normal and the issues are solely being cosmetic American shield is not going to cover replacing the control panel.

Disconnected shorted timer that was constantly buzzing. Spoke with HBW and they wont cover timer repair due to unit functioning normal and timer not affecting functionality.

Inspected unit and found an issue with the belt. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a plastic guard for the drum had come loose and was rubbing on the unit. Also found a large amount of lint buildup inside the unit found the motor. Cleared out and repaired guard. All check ok. Provided estimate to Aarons and they approved.

"Inspected the unit and when attempting to spin the basket I could hear loud grinding noise in the basket wobbling it will not spin freely. Removed the washplate bolt and washplate, inspected the inner and outer baskets, found no clothing or debris preventing the basket from spinning. Found a small amount of grease around the gearcase head. Pulled the unit away from the wall and inspected the underside. Found the rotor and stator in place and the bolt tightly secured. Found a small amount of grease leaking from the gearcase. Attempted to pull the inner basket up and off the gearcase and it would not move. The gearcase has cracked and become stuck to the outer and inner baskets. The repair will require to replace the outer and inner tubs along with the gearcase and fittings. The repair is very expensive and the tech does not recommend the repair due to cost and potential future issues with repair. The unit is only a few years old per the customer."

Inspected the unit and found the door latch not lined up with the strike. Disassembled the door and made adjustments to the door latch and strike. The doors not opening closing properly without any issues.

Customer wanted the drain filter removed and cleaned out and could not remove the filter. Removed the filter and cleared debris. Made adjustments to the drain pump and filter. Demonstrated to The customer how to remove it and install it correctly. All checks OK

"Inspected the unit and found the griddle element intact and the wiring in good condition. Found the thermostat connected properly and not damaged. Tested the control knob and it functioned properly and recognized temp increases and decreases. Set the temp to 250 degrees and after 7 minutes was at an average of 250 at the center of the griddle and 180 degrees on the edges. Set the temp to 300 degrees and after 15 minutes was at an average of 300 at the center of the griddle and 250degrees on the edges. Set the temp to 350 degrees and after 25 minutes the unit was running away with the temp. Temp in the center was 455 degrees at the center and 340 degrees at the edge. As I continued to run the cycle it would randomly spike in temp. Turned the temp setting down and the control would drop in temp than quickly jump back up. Customer had a lightning strike recently and it now affecting the temp controls on the unit. Found a similar control issue with back burner. Found an inconsistent short in the electrical, This presents a safety hazard for the customer, and not repairable. Tech recommends to replace the unit due to temp control safety issues."

Inspected unit and found an E01 error code on the display. Had customer turn off breaker for about 30 seconds and turn it back on. Was able to start and run cycle. Told customer that she could pay for the service charge right now and it is good for 30 days so if she continues to have this problem she can call in and I can get the control board ordered for her.
