Inspected the unit and found an error code for low water flow and faulty motor. Ran a test cycle and found the water flow was dispensing and could hear the gearcase slipping in the spin cycle. Pulled unit inspected the underside of it and found grease and water leaking from the gearcase area. The washplate was also partially stripped and could hear it during the agitate cycle. Could not remove the agitator. Per the model and serial number of the unit is 16 years old and located in the laundry room. Additional labor would be required to complete repair. Water supply is on, filter is installed correctly, water coming out of filter but not through the reservoir. Inspected the reservoir and found it frozen and split. The ice maker Freon lines are close to the interior and are causing the reservoir to freeze. Insulation has been added to the rear of the unit. Nothing can be done to prevent the reservoir from freezing up again. This is a non repairable issue. Called Electrolux and spoke with Rodney. Claim number 85348679"

Found ice maker still leaking after previous tech had put different parts on and made adjustments in an attempt to fix issue. Customer stated she had been dealing with these issues for a while and is constantly having to defrost her unit so it will run properly.
