Left burner control is locked up. Right front burner control is inop. Right side cooktop indicator is broken. Center burner control is loose and wont tighten up. Stainless trim of cooktop is coming free from the glass. This is causing issues with the mounts of the controls. Unit would need all burner controls, cooktop indicator and glass cooktop. Due to no model tag and condition of unit I do not recommend repair. Calling AHS to inform."

Customer states that freezer has frost and lower ice maker wont stop producing ice. Inspected unit and found frost build up because the drawer wont close fully. Drawer wont close due to ice build up behind it. Ice is overflowing from the ice maker and building up behind drawer. Ice maker wont stop cycling because the bail arm is broken off. Replaced ice maker and cleared frost. Drawer is closing fully and ice maker is functions as it should. All ok. ; used 1 DA97-07603B (Ice maker) from stock

"Customer states that breaker tripped and after they reset it the control will power on but no operation from top or oven. Inspected unit and found line 1 shorted at terminal block. Replaced terminal block and power cord. Ran to test. All functions operate as they should. Convection fan is a little noisy when running. Otherwise unit is good. ; used 1 5304409888 (Terminal block), and 1 RC3-50-4 (3/50 power cord 4) from stock"

No loose connections at timer or switches. Unit is cycling between 110-140 on high. Unable to duplicate concern of no heat. Possible contact issue in timer. Timer is no longer available. Customer states that regardless of load size unit shakes. Shipping bolts have been removed. Checked for error codes. Unit had a locked rotor error. Unit also needs software update. Update improves spin profile for vibration and redistribution of unbalanced loads. Updated software and ran to test. Unit spins out smooth. Unit is not connected to wifi. Advised customer to pair unit with wifi. Control would have updated itself if it was connected. All ok.

Customer states that unit isnt filling much more on deep fill then on regular and unit makes a click noise in spin. Issue has been present from day one. Checked unit for error codes. None present. Ran automatic diagnostics test with no issues. Ran normal wash with deep fill selected. Unit filled to an inch above the washplate. Pressure hose is clear and not blocked. Spoke with Joe at Whirlpool Techline and they state that this is normal for this unit. It does not fill to the top like previous models. It uses sensing and only adds a small amount more from normal. This normal for the unit. Unable to duplicate noise.

I advised the customer they may see a small amount of water at the front right of the unit as they run the next couple cycles, this is just due to water buildup and some of the casing areas that is coming out when the unit is shaking.
