Checked unit over found the unit would not run through a cycle or even start. Took unit in the diagnostics and found that unit had a faulty lock assembly. Disassembled lock and found that there was detergent all inside of the lid lock. Cleaned out lid lock assembly and ran unit through calibration. unit is now locking and starting a cycle. Gave this information to Carl.

Checked unit over found the unit was out of balance and rocking all over the place. Attempted to put unit into the spin and it would not drain the water out properly. Replace drain pump. Unit drain the water out properly but were still bouncing all over the place in the spin cycle. Pulled unit out and found that the bottom left shipping bolt had been left in from delivery. Remove shipping bolts in unit spun out properly but the unit was extremely loud due to the shipping bolt being stuck in there.
