Hot water valve also isnt operating. Ran normal cold to check for leaks. Unit is leaking from the front of the tub. Basket dragging has damaged door boot and allows it to leak. Unit would need inner basket, front tub, rear tub, door boot, and hot water valve. Due to age and cost customer does not wish to repair."

Entered diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran a test cycle in the unit filled with water, washed with good water flow, and rain without any issues. Found the rinse aid dispenser empty. Major items to the door gasket and door to make sure closing properly. Provided information to the customer and advised them to use the cleaning tablets at least every 2 to 3 weeks to help keep food in gunk from building up. All checks OK"

No leaks were coming from the washer. Informed her that a plumber was needed to fix the water line for the washer. Customer stated her landlord had called for plumber and was scheduled to look at it. I informed customer the reason her tub was knocking was because she was not putting enough clothes in the washer to properly weigh it down as the unit has a large tub. Advised customer to start running larger loads and that her loads should reach about the halfway mark on the machine before water. All checks ok."

Inspected unit and found the freezer built up with ice. Also noticed the rails frosted over making it difficult to push and pull the freezer door. Found some gapping along the freezer liners as well. Customer informed me he had defrosted it recently and this had built up within a few days. I took off the evaporator cover and found a large chunk of ice coating the inlet/outlet of the evaporator lines. Steamed out the large chunk of ice and made sure the openings to the fridge were clear. I made sure there werent any cracks in the liner causing moisture to get in. Made sure railings were defrosted allowing the freezer to be closed smoothly and securely. Sealed up the liner gaps with food grade sealant. All checks ok.

Checked unit over found that the unit would not drain. Removed unit and removed the drain pump. I found a white sandy substance completely built up in the drain pump area. Installed new drain pump after clearing out. Unit still will not drain. Disassembled the inside of the dishwasher and found the interior of the dishwasher completely covered with this white sandy type substance. Unit would need new wash motor assembly and drain pump. Spoke with Lowes in this is not something they're willing to cover. They are going to reach out to the customer.

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice buildup on the bottom of the unit along with minor cracks in the interior liner. Cleared out ice and sealed and minor cracks. Found the drain line completely frozen over. I advised the customer they need to defrost the unit for 48 hours and leave the door open to allow the drain line to completely defrost. I advise the customer if the issue returns after the 48 hours and there will be a blockage in the drain line and a blockage is not repairable. All other checks OK

"Inspected unit and found build up of detergent in the bottom of the washer. Customer stated that she cleans her washer regularly with vinegar. I informed the customer that while vinegar is good at keeping smells from building up, it does not break down the detergent and she needs to use washing machine cleaner tablet to do that. I advised her to use two tablets back to back and if she is still finding the buildup in the bottom of her washer to use another one and to use on a monthly basis."
