"Checked unit over found the unit was throwing a code for a leak. Found that the dishwasher was not installed or mounted at all. It was tilted extremely far forward and just sitting in a hole. This is allowing the water to get underneath where the leak sensor is due to not being installed correctly. I instructed the customer on how to install it and to get installation brackets because until it is installed properly, it will continue to leak"
