"Inspected unit and found cooktop flames very high and needing adjusted. Adjusted cooktop flames to proper height. Customer also having issues with oven. Talked with Frigidaire about this range not reaching temperature. They said they do not recommend measuring exact temperature and the best way to check if everything is working is to measure the resistance of the temperature probe which was good. He said that if all connections are good and the temp probe measures good, the oven should be working correctly. Inspected the unit and found the gear case leaking grease and failing to spin during the drain and spin cycle. Attempted to enter diagnostics to reset the unit but the control would not enter diagnostics. The unit is 10+ years old and located in the laundry room.
