Installed parts and discovered the terminal block connector at the rear of the oven is not receiving proper voltage. Inspected the red and white line coming into the unit from the house and received 120 V check the black and white line and received 0 V. The unit should receive 120 V from both legs With a total of 240 V between black and red and the unit is currently only receiving 118 V between black and red. Advised the customer they need to have an electrician out to check the terminal connections and the junction box above the unit and the breaker box for possible faults or issues with connection.
