Checked unit over found that the refrigerator temperature was 54 and 55. Freezer temperatures were exactly where they should be. Disassembled refrigerator and found that at the base of the waterline in the refrigerator section was leaking and it had froze the dampener door closed and completely froze up the return lines. Freed up dampener and tested. Dampener opening and closing properly. There was about 5 to 6 inches of ice inside the return lines. I informed the customer they did need to defrost the unit for 48 hours in order to clear that ice buildup so it will cool properly
