Ran cycle to test. No activation of the water valve during the cycle. Unit is operating as it should. Unable to duplicate concern of water leak. "Customer states that unit is not spinning. It is no longer producing a burnt rubber smell. Ran diagnostics cycle. Found error F7E1 basket speed fault, and F2E1 stuck button error. Ran diagnostics cycle and motor just hums when it calls for agitation or spin. The rpm sensor is reading the basket spinning. The motor is testing good. The motor capacitor is out of spec. This is why it wont spin/agitate and produced a burning odor. Installed new capacitor, calibrated control, and ran to test. The unit is functioning as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W11428524 (Capacitor) from stock"

Installed the new water valve and clips. Once you dispense water and you pull the cup away from the dispenser it continues to dispense water for about a second and then drips once or twice. I advised the customer they may have a faulty water filter but everything else is running without issues.

Inspected the unit and found a previous company had replaced the water valve due to it leaking. Pulled the unit from underneath the counter and found the drain pump not snapped into place properly causing a minor leak. Cleaned up the water and cleaned up the drain pump gasket and reinstalled. Ran a quick cycle for a few minutes and found no leaks at the drain pump. Reinstalled the unit underneath the counter. All checks OK. I advised the customer for all future issues with is leaking to get a video and we will contact American home shield.
