Unit needs new control and user interface due to shutting down after 2-3 mins of running and saying its done. Picture attached of missing tag and picture of unit. About 5-6 years old in kitchen; rqstng P&A on 1 #### (Control) and 1 #### (Userinterface)

Lower icemaker broke apart; ordrng 1 W10300022 (Ice maker)

Lower spray arm keeps falling off; ordrng 1 WD22X26621 (Lower spray arm) and 1 Wd19x25466 (Diverter cover)

I could hear the icemaker making a loud knocking noise. Removed icemaker and found the motor for the icemaker overheating and locked up. Ordering icemaker; ordrng 1 WR30X36235 (Icemaker)

"Customer states that unit takes longer than usual to dry. Has cleaned vent themselves. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. F2E1 stuck button, F4E4 L2 voltage error, F4E3 restricted air flow error present. Ran diagnostics test and it shows bad air flow during test. Lint screen is coated with fabric softener. Ran test without the lint screen in. Still has bad air flow showing. Ran unit with lint screen and vent disconnected. Same results. Ran unit without lint screen and disconnected from vent. Same results. Inlet and outlet thermistor are not reading correctly and short cycling. Please order and schedule ; ordrng 1 8577274 (Thermistor) and 1 280148 (High limit kit)"

Customer states the unit intermittently shows F10 over heat error. They replaced the control but this did not solve the problem. Inspected unit and found temp sensor reading high at room temperature. 1162 ohms is what its reading. Equates to 105-110 degrees. Ran to test. Set to 400. Control shut off as if unit was preheated already after 4 minutes. Temp only reading 206 in oven. Temp sensor is bad. Picked up sensor and ran to test. Unit is heating properly now. All ok.

Need to reset water filter usage the control board for water needs replaced; ordrng 1 WR55X23345 (Cont brd)

Motor is locked up and shaft and freezer light are out. ordered parts to be installed; ordrng 1 W10822606 (Disp motor) and 1 W11509548 (Shaft) and 1 W10695459 (Module)

"Customer stated this refrigerator always builds up frost in the freezer section. Inspected unit and found large gapping in between the outer and inner liners. Sealed liners with food grade sealant. Due to the ice dispenser and bucket being in the freezer door, the constant frost and ice build up has taken out the auger motor. Ordering auger motor. ; ordrng 1 W10271509 (Auger motor)"

Inspected unit and found fan motor humming but the fan not turning at all causing no air flow and warm temps in the freezer. Ordering fan motor. ; ordrng 1 297250000 (Fan motor)

"Found icemaker not cycling properly, door closers cracked and making clicking noises when opening doors. Ordered door closers and hinge bearing.; ordrng 2 241856501 (Door closer)s and 1 242015301 (Hinge)"

"Disassembled unit and replaced shorted drain pump and pressure switch. Reassembled unit and tested. It is filling with water, draining and spinning with no issues."

Minimal frost pattern. Sealed system leak.

Unstacked dryer. Replaced drain pump and drain hose. Made sure there was no debris down inside the hose connecting to the drain pump. Put unit into a drain and spin and it drained the water out with no issues and went through a spin cycle. Unit checks OK

Checked unit over found that the refrigerator was not cooling at all. Found that the freezer fan was frozen up due to the door not being closed all the way. Instructed customer to defrost for 24 hours and then plug back in and let it cool down for 24 hours they should take care of their issues and be sure to close the door all the way. If for some reason the unit does not start cooling after 24 hours it will need sealed system work

Checked unit over found with the unit was over frosting in the freezer section. Set unit eight hour defrost and instructed customer to defrost the unit and that would take care of their issues. Checks OK

Voltage wasnt correct due to wiring being wrong. Fixed cord. Checks ok

Customer states unit is not cooling properly found that unit is working properly and she also stated that shes hearing water dripping the water noise that she is hearing is when the unit goes into a defrost cycle. Inspected unit and all checked OK

F1e0 error code. Checked the pressure switch assembly into the hose and chamber was clear. Unit did start. Customer is going to do a couple of loads to test. If acts up please pull work order and preorder parts

"Unit isnt tumbling but motor is running. Found belt broken. Cleared unit of lint, lubed rollers, and installed new belt. Ran to test. Unit is tumbling and heating as it should. All ok. ; used 1 341241 (Belt) from stock"

Customer states that unit is showing OE and wont drain on its own. Customer verified that filter is clear. Pump is getting voltage but not moving water. Impeller is stuck. Replaced pump and ran to test. Unit is draining as it should. All ok. Please mail out receipt. ; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

Customer states that unit is frosted over again and not cooling in fresh food section. Found evaporator frosted over. Thawed evaporator cover and removed. Found connection at thermistor loose and showing open on the control. Test thermistor and it is open. Replaced thermistor. Advised customer to unplug to finish thawing out the evaporator.

Installed new adjusters and upper rack works fine. All ok.

Installed new lint screen.

"Customer complaint was of a blinking light and the unit not responding after running for about 20 minutes and that the soap dispenser was not opening. Inspected the unit and ran a diagnostic test cycle, and a quick wash cycle, and auto wash cycle. Found an error code for low water flow from the drain pump. Cleared error code. During the quick wash cycle the unit filled with water, washed, drained, opened the soap dispenser, refilled with water and started washing again. During the Auto wash cycle the unit filled with water, washed, drained, opened the soap dispenser, refilled with water and started washing again. The drain flow for the unit and line is fine. Possible food or gunk buildup caused previous error code. The drain line runs directly to the drain piping from the sink and not a garbage disposal so a backup in the line can cause the low flow error. Tech recommends to place soap pods on the bottom of the basket for the most consistent wash cycle as it is common for the soap dispenser to get hung up and open late or not open at all. Soap dispenser was replaced earlier this year and working properly, (opens after second wash cycle). Tech found no leaks, lights beeping, or any other issues. All checks ok."

"Inspected unit and found the basket tumbling, replaced element, but no airflow getting outside the home at the exterior vent. Advised the customer they need their vent lines professionally cleaned. All other checks ok."

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of gunk and detergent around the bellow and door and a large amount of suds in the basket. Cleared bellow and door off. And ran a test cycle and found no leaks. Advised them to use cleaning tablets to clean the unit on a regular basis. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found a leak in the sealed system and a partial frost pattern on the evaporator. Compressor pulling correct amps and turning on and off as it should. The unit is 17 years old and located in the garage. Called AHS and provided them with the diagnoses and recommended they replace the unit. AHS stated their contract does not cover standalone freezers. AHS to contact the customer.

Inspected the unit and found the drain pump making a loud rattling noise and not pumping out any water. Provide an estimate to the customer. Customer already had drain pump at the location. Installed parts and ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found neither the bake or broil element in the lower oven kicking on and receiving voltage from the control board. Found the control board no longer available from the manufacturer. part #00686561q

Called Bosch tech line and spoke with Greg. Greg advised me the door alarm will go off at the two minute mark and there is no way to make the alarm go off at an earlier time or change the volume on it. He did recommend the customer using the app to monitor temperatures and they could turn your notifications up louder on the door opening and be notified that way. Provide the information to the customer. All checks OK

Inspected unit and found the door gasket not aligned properly. Made adjustments to the door gasket so that way the door can close properly. Customer still complained that the fresh food door will not close on its own. I advise the customer due to the design of the unit and the inability to raise the front legs that there was nothing else that I could do as this is simply the design. All checks Ok

Inspected the unit and found the average temp in the fresh food section at 35 degrees and 0 degrees in the freezer section. Reset the defrost heater to a basic 8 hour defrost and reset the control board. All checks ok.

"Inspected the unit and found the upper sprayarm manifold damaged and not circulating water on the upper level. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water, washed, and drained. Drain is frozen up and collapsed and there is no more repairing the unit, I explained that the last time out if that didnt fix it then the unit wouldn?t be able to be repaired.

Inspected unit and started a cycle. The motor started turning but was extremely loud. Customer stated he had to turn the drum by hand multiple times to get it to start turning. Replaced motor and blower assembly with pulley. Greased roller wheels. Ran tests. All checks ok. ; used 1 DC93-00101N (Motor and blower asm) from stock

"Inspected unit and found the heating elements kicking on but never getting up to temperature. When put only on broil, the broil element never glowed like it should have. Informed the customer that I would have to look at the junction box to see if the correct voltage was coming through to the unit. Due to being a new build, he stated he would have his electrician come out and test the for proper voltage."

"Inspected unit and heard some noise coming from the unit when in a spin cycle. Unit ran through cycles normally. Due to the location of this unit, I was unable to pull it forward to disassemble to see inside of it. Customer stated they would move dryer to make accommodations for the washer. ; O-emld tckt"

Inspected unit and found a thick layer of ice covering the bottom of the unit. Also found freezer door gasket not closing all the way and sealing up properly. Cleared frozen drain line and checked for clogs in the drain line at the back of the unit. Drain line is working properly. Ordering door gasket. ; ordrng 1 W10714545 (Freezer door gasket (grey))

Inspected unit and found ice maker cycling properly right now. Customer stated the ice maker had not been cycling for about a week. Replacing ice maker ; O-emld tckt

"Removed front cabinet and checked drain hose, tub hose, top balance ring, fill hoses and valve. Ran unit through and entire cycle and unit didnt leak at all. All hoses and components checked ok. Couldnt find any indication of leaks. Called Rob and gave him info about customer wanting new unit. Rob said he'd put notes and have them check back with customer."

Adjusted door latch and mounts. Found customer has a leak underneath sink not coming from dishwasher

Checked unit over found that the refrigerator drain was plugged. Cleared out drain and ice build up around fan. Installed heater wire and adjusted drain. Checks ok

Checked unit over front of the unit was not going into defrost properly. Set unit into an 8 hr defrost timer. Customer is defrosting. If it acts up again will need new control and fan assembly.

Needs new control and display unit completely dead. I did disassembled unit and remove clothes for customer. No repair further per rent a center per DAVE.

Heard start device just clicking. Installed new start device and compressor kicked back on. If unit does not start cooling unit will need a compressor. ; used 1 W10189190 (Start device) from stock

Found that the unit has power going to it, removed the cover for the electrical and found that the wire head shorted out advised customer they need to get with landlord or whoever installed unit

Installed new condenser fan and ice room door test OK

Installed main control and user interface. Ran unit in spin to test. Unit is functioning as it should. All ok. Voltage to unit is good and outlet is properly grounded.

Customer states that unit wont spin and wont advance. Unit has 3e error. Locked rotor error. Tub spins freely by hand. Removed back panel and inspected motor and hall sensor. No loose connections and both test good. No loose connections at control. Reset control and ran spin to test. Unit is now spinning up to full speed. Started quick wash to test. Unit is advancing on with no issues. Advised customer to use machine and if problem reoccurs it will need the inverter board replaced.

Customer states unit makes a squeal noise in agitation and noticed water under unit. Noise is coming from the belt. It is slipping. Replaced belt and cleaned up pulleys. Ran to test. No more belt noise. Unable to duplicate concern of leak. No signs of leaks and no leaks in test. All ok.

Customer states unit wont tumble. Unit has correct voltage to it. Found blower housing thermal fuse shorted open causing no start. Replaced fuse and cleared lint from blower housing. Lint caused back up of heat. Unit is tumbling and heating as it should. All ok.
