Submitted report with NSA and they will reach out to the customer within a few days. Informed customer they should call their warranty company if they do not hear from them within a few business days. We are not able to fix a unit that has been taken apart by another service provider

Inspected the unit and found the gear case damaged and a small amount of water leaking on the underside of the unit. Found the control board not consistently going into diagnostics and the buttons not responding on the control panel. Reset the pressure sensor hose because it kept turning the drain pump on. Drain pump making a loud humming sound and pumping water out at a low flow. Moved the basket around in the suspension has failed on the unit. The unit is 12 years old and located in the laundry room. Removed belt and clutch came off. Nut for clutch is missing. Replaced clutch and installed new nut. Ran to test. Unit still squeals at times from belt. Belt is slipping.
