Ran unit through diagnostics test with no issues. No open or shorted temperature sensors. Unplugged unit to inspect main control. No loose connections and sensors test around 20-25k ohms. This corresponds to temps in the 39s-40s. Actual temp in the freezer is lower around 25-30 degrees. Frost pattern looks good. When unit has a load, the transmission is binding up and not allowing it to shift properly causing excessive noise. The belt is showing signs of slipping as well too. "Checked unit over, found that the idler was making tons of noise and the rollers were loud. I replaced the idler and greased the rollers. Unit was shutting down after 30 minutes, but we believe it was because the bad idler and rollers were putting too much stress on the motor. If this does have more issues with shutting down, it will need a motor.; used 1 279640 (IDLER) from stock"
