I checked the continuity of the water valves and found them reading bad. I replaced the valve. I also found the water filter not pushed in completely and the caps still on it. I informed the customer of what happened with the filter as well and showed her how to properly install it and informed her to run the water for about 5 minutes after replacing the filter due to the carbon inside the filter. "Inspected the unit and found the icemaker door broke and the latch coming off preventing the door from properly closing tightly. Also found the ice cube bin cracked. Photos taken of damage. Tested the auger motor and it worked properly in both the cube cycle and crushed cycle selection. Checked unit over found filter screen and filter completely caked with food and hard water build up keeping unit from cleaning properly. Cleared build up and instructed customer on rinse aid usage for drying and running hot water before each cycle. If they still have cleaning issues it'll need a new sump and motor.
