"Customer states that freezer door still isnt sealing well. Inspected unit and found a gap at the top left corner. Gasket is being interfered by the corner plug. It is keeping the gasket open slightly. Adjusted upper hinge to lower the left side of the door, and it is sealing better. The door gap between the upper and lower doors is now uneven. Customer to monitor for air, leakage and frost buildup in the freezer. If problem reoccurs, the technician will need to reach out to Assurant to inform them of a non-repairable cabinet/liner issue. The crisper drawer came off the shelf due to the trim of the shelf popping off. Adhered trim to glass shelf and advise customer to let it sit for 24 hours. This will keep the crisper drawer in place."

Pulled the unit from the wall and found damage to multiple points of the wall oven along with missing screws. I showed this to the customer advised them this has been damaged or repaired previously. Took pictures of damage and issues. Installed new fan and ran a test cycle and no abnormal sounds prior to reinstalling the unit into the wall. Installed the unit back into the wall and could now hear a loud noise coming from the fan again. Sound due to the damage to the exterior cabinet panels on the unit. Damage to the unit not to be covered by manufacturer as it is not normal wear and tear nor is it manufacturer defect. Sent photos to customer.
