I advise the customer they need to run the unit through a 48 hour defrost cycle where they turn the unit off or unplug it for 48 hours of the freezer door open to allow the unit to completely defrost and the drain line to completely defrost. All checks OK.

"Customer states that unit never came down in temperature. Checked for error codes and none present. Condenser fan is running but compressor isnt. Heard thermal overload reset and compressor came on. Compressor drew 6.6 amps and kicked thermal overload. Winding show 5M ohms, 7M ohms, and 8 ohms. Compressor is locked up. Condenser fan not running from previous issue allowed compressor to overheat and then lock up. Unit is a dual evaporator systems. Compressor kit needed for install. ; ordrng 1 WR87X10224 (Compressor kit)"
