"Inspected the unit and ran a normal cycle with a medium to heavy load and it agitated fine, however on the spin cycles the unit would shake excessively. During the cycle the unit would on several occasions have to stop the spin cycle and try to run it again. Removed the top cover and found the springs and shocks not providing enough stability. During the slow down cycles I could hear something grinding but could not pinpoint where it was coming from, possible gearcase. Advised the customer that the first possible repair would be to replace the springs and shock absorbers. Customer has experienced this issue since day one. Issues could have a result of the unit being knocked around in shipping, but unable to determine. Parts for this unit are showing not currently available most likely due to it being a newer design. Provided info to the customer. Customer to contact place of purchase."

Customer states that unit will not spin and shows out of balance when it wont spin. Put unit into spin to test. Only agitator moves. Tub does not move. Tub is extremely hard to turn by hand. Inspected shifter and found that it is shifting between spin and agitate. Clutch assembly has locked up for spin. This is why will not spin.
