They have had a plumber out and he states it was the dishwasher and not a backed up drain. Inspected unit and found no siphon loop on the drain hose and the check valve not sealing. Unit needs check valve and siphon loop installed. Installed new check valve and secured siphon loop. Ran unit to test and it is draining as it should. If problem reoccurs it is a sluggish house drain that is the issue and would need a plumber to clear. All ok.

Customer states that unit is heating but takes forever to finish a cycle. It does eventually stop but a lot longer than it used to. Also on one occasion the unit did not stop tumbling when the door was opened. It is currently working as it should. Door switch likely stuck closed. Ran unit to test and it is not getting past 119 degrees. Blower housing has some lint built up but not enough to block air flow. Cycling thermostat is coated in dust. Cleaned thermostat. Unit is taking forever to finish a cycle because it isnt getting to temp. Inspected the heating element and it is broken but still heats. Unit is a dual heating element and one half is shorted. Inspected the unit and found ice buildup around the icemaker and in the fresh food section. Pulled unit forward and found the exterior back liner colder than normal and a large (half to 3/4 inch raised) bulge/expansion running from the top left to the lower mid section of the unit. Photos taken. Temps in the fresh food section around 39 degrees with frost in the rear wall. Temps in the freezer section at 15 degrees. Called Frigidaire techline (Eric) and provided photos. They advised the warping of the unit can be normal and we should look for moisture on the back wall if theres an issue with insulation. No moisture found on the exterior. "Customer states that water is coming out of the ice chute and it is dispensing only crushed ice. Also when they recently changed the water filter when they removed it the water kept spraying out with the filter removed. Filter is not a factory Samsung filter. The filter head will not close anymore. The use of aftermarket filters has caused this issue. The unit needs the filter head. Control has a 40C error. This is an ice room fan error. Icemaker is froze up. Thawed ice and fan is operating correctly. Ice maker is functioning as it should. Ice maker froze up because the ice bucket is cracked. It is sealing well and is allowing the ice to melt and refresh. When the ice melts condensation builds up around the ice room fan stopping it from moving. Unit needs ice bucket and filter head. ; ordrng 1 DA82-02869A (Case assembly), used 1 DA97-14474C (Ice bucket) from stock"
