Installed new door boot while finishing job noticed that the tub had dropped and fell to the base of the machine. One of the tub hanger springs snapped in half caused damage to tub half where the spring hangs from also damaging shocks recommended new tub shocks and hanger springs. Called Lowes to inform them of the situation and parts cost with labor to replace all parts. They are going to exchange the unit. He informed me to go ahead and bill out for any parts and labor that were already installed. Pictures are attached of the damage to the unit

Checked unit over found that the unit was leaking from the front of the door around door seal. Door wasnt sealing properly and leaking around seal. Straightened door and tightened down door hinges that were loose. Removed door seal and adjusted . Cleaned around door. Checks ok

"Unit is 5 years old in laundry closet. Customer states that unit is taking a long time to dry. F4E3 restricted air flow, F4E4 line 2 voltage error, F2E1 stuck button, F3E2 moisture sensor open error present. Restricted air flow can cause long dry times. Voltage is good and moisture sensor is good. Ran unit without vent in timed dry to check temperature. Unit is cycling between 137-162 on high. Nothing blocking blower housing or duct. Hooked vent up and checked air flow at exterior of home. No air flow outside. Advised customer to have vent cleared and this will help dry times."

"Unit is 11 years old. Customer states that unit has debris in basket and makes a noise like something is dragging. Inspected unit and inner basket has a large amount of play. Spun by hand and bearings are loose and noisy. Debris is from the basket dragging the tub and cutting into it. Unit would need basket, front tub, and rear tub. Door boot is ok. Due to cost customer does not wish to repair."
