Checked out the unit and customer was out of town and his thermostat went out so the house got extremely cold when he got back he tried running a cycle and started leaking water out of the back of the unit. We ran multiple test cycles and found no leaks. Advise a customer it might be coming from a standpipe at the back if it is frozen. Checked good

Checked out the unit and found that the broil element was not heating. Removed the panel off the back and found that the wires going to the broil element were broken. Repaired the wires and checked all fuses at the back of the unit and reset the thermostat fuse. Also made adjustments to the rear wiring harness due to the wires being pulled too tight. Check ok

"Checked out the unit and found that the icemaker was not cycling. I found that there was a large amount of water in the bottom of the freezer and had frozen all the ice packs inside the freezer section. Removed all of the ice and when removing the icemaker found ice lodged in the waterline. The top mount refrigerator is sitting in the garage and was not dispensing water into the icemaker and leaking down the back of the wall of the refrigerator. Recalibrated the icemaker, and the unit was cycling. Advised customer to get a heater to help melt the ice build up in the back of the waterlines. Checks OK"
