All relays shut down as they should. Unable to duplicate the concern of overheating. Suspect a relay on the EOC is seizing intermittently causing it to over heat. "Customers complaint was the upper oven broiler element was smoking and caught on fire, customer put flour on it to put it out. Inspected the unit and found a little bit of black substance on the ceiling of the upper oven. Cleaned off the black substance and ran a test cycle and found no issues. Both upper and lower ovens are functioning properly I advise the customer if shes going to use the broil element on a regular basis that she needs to lower the rack. All checks OK"

"Inspected the unit and found suds building up in the unit and a miscommunication with the display and control board. Ran a diagnostic cycle and found suds, used a small amount olive oil to breakdown the suds. Ran the cycle for several minutes and dissipated the suds. Reset the board. Made adjustments to the rinse aid dispenser and refilled. All other checks ok."

Inspected the unit and found a failed heating element. Also found minor damage to the rear of the dryer and the vent line slightly kinked which could lead to possible air flow restriction. Replaced the element. Ran multiple test cycles after replacing the element in the unit is heating and functioning properly. Showed customer damage to the rear of the unit and pictures of the vent line.; used 1 279838 (ELEMENT) from stock

"Installed new water valve and make sure the wire harnesses and small water line located inside the unit was connected correctly. Photos taken. Reassembled unit and ran a test cycle, all checks OK. Advise the customer did not hook up the water line to the back of the unit that would he be something that we need to do if they wanted to use the steam option. Also advised the customer of possible future issues with this valve."

"Customers complaint is during the convection bake and air fry cycle the fan only runs when the convection element is on and not consistently running the entire time. Ran multiple test cycles and confirmed during preheat the convection fan is running, but once it gets to temperature the fan only runs when the convection element is on. Called techline and spoke with Jim. Advised techline of the issues the customer is experiencing and they advised that the main control board facilitates the functioning of the convection fans and according to their matrix and schematic the fan and element should receive voltage at the same time but does not state whether the fan should stay on the entire cycle. Techline advised as far as they can determine this is normal for the unit. The main control board had previously been replaced by another company. I advised the customer that techline has determined this to be normal for this design. Found no other issues with the unit. All checks ok."

Inspected the unit and found water and condensation inside the dryer from a blocked vent to the exterior. Ran multiple test cycles and could find no airflow through the vent filter in the front of the unit. Found the heating element functioning properly. Found lint buildup inside the dryer door. Advised the customer that they have a vent line blockage and the line is almost completely blocked. Advised the customer not to run the unit until they have an HVAC company come out and completely clear the vent line to the exterior of the property.
