Inspected the unit and found the dryer stacked on top of the washer and in a closet size section of the laundry room. Found damage to the left side of the casing and to the front panel on display. The damage is caused by excessive shaking and vibration from the washer and causing the unit to hit the side of the wall and damage the casing and panel. The excessive shaking from the washer was due to the shipping bolts left in the back of the unit. Damage to the dryer is not normal wear and tear and not covered underneath LG warranty. Photos taken of damage and sent to the customer.
