Checked unit over found that the convection fan wasnt running. Tested voltage at fan and control wasnt sending power to fan. Traced and found wire had been cut by rear cover. Cut wire and repaired harness. Unit still not sending power. Reset control and ran through quick bake and fan started running but was noisey. Removed cover and found loose fan blade. Tightened down fan blade. Checks ok

"Inspected the unit and found the average temperature in the freezer section around 2? in the average temperature in the fresh food section around 33? and some areas 30?. Deli door temperatures are between 29 and 33?. The unit was set for an average temperature of 36 in the refrigerator section. Pulled out the deli drawer and found a loaf of bread blocking the return vents behind the deli drawer. Remove the item and adjust the temperatures. Went to diagnostics and found thermistors in refrigerator and freezer section functioning properly and fan working as well. All checks OK, advised the customer to give it a week or so before the temperature adjusts back to normal, activated a short defrost cycle while in diagnostic."
