Inspected the unit and found 2 of the burners only heating when a 3rd burner was on. The two burner wiring harness has a short somewhere in the unit which is causing it not to heat properly. Also found the control board not turning on the big element in the upper oven. In order to locate the short in the wiring harness most of the unit will have to be disassembled and traced the wiring lines through the unit. High probability that technicians will not be able to locate short in the wiring harness. Unit will also need a new control board. Tech does not recommend repair due to risk of non repairable issue and cost of repair.

"Unit is 24 years old in the basement. Customer states that the unit wont drain now. Has a burnt smell to it when trying to run. Customer states unit worked fine until a plumber serviced the water heater behind the washer. Plumber moved washer to service water heater. Inspected the unit and found the drive motor shorted open. The motor shorted open because the unit was sitting on a stud/bolt in the concrete floor. When the unit was moved it was set on top of the stud/bolt shorting the motor. Capacitor is shorted as well and leaking fluid. Recommend replacing motor coupler as well.
