Unit is 4 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that unit wont start and show E15 error. This is a water leak error. This will cause the drain pump to come on(noise) and unit not to start. It wont start or operate until the leak is cleared. Removed unit from under counter. Cleared float switch of water and ran to test. Leak is coming from the wash motor discharge. The wash motor had been replaced within the past year. The hose clamp for the discharge side wasnt tightened fully. Removed and reinstalled pump with proper clamp. Ran to test. No more water leaks and unit functions as it should. All ok.

Inspected the unit and found that there were two lights out. And that the icebox fan needed adjusted to run properly. Was able to replace one light. Removed ice box fan. Made adjustments. Reassembled. All checks OK; used 1 W10695459 (MODULE) from stock

Inspected unit and found the unit not registering that the door was closed. Display would say door open even though it was not. Checked wiring and found it good. Attempted to put unit into diagnostic mode and unit would not do it. Informed customer unit has issue with door lock or control but I would not be able to pinpoint which one. Gave customer quote for door lock and advised it may need a control as well. Customer wants time to think about repair.

"Checked unit over, found that the unit has a broken door lock for the upper oven and the upper oven will not heat. Unit needs a new door lock and control board for the upper oven. Lower oven does not heat either and will not respond to commands. Unit needs lower bake element and user interface. Unit is about 20+ years old located in the kitchen.
