When forcing the fabric softener valve on the oxi valve activates. When forcing the oxi valve on the fabricator softener activates. Valve is wired correctly and supply lines are correct. The main board has shorted causing the fabric/oxi valves to activate when they shouldnt. The speaker on the user interface is shorted causing no end of cycle signal. Customer states that unit would not start. Lights come on but no function. Voltage to the unit is correct. The unit started fine in first attempt. No loose or broken wires. No signs of moisture shorting the control. Door switch is operating correctly. Ran diagnostics cycle with no abnormal noise or issues. Unit is functioning as it should. Unable to duplicate concern of no start.

"Customer states that freezer door still isnt sealing well. Inspected unit and found a gap at the top left corner. Gasket is being interfered by the corner plug. It is keeping the gasket open slightly. Adjusted upper hinge to lower the left side of the door, and it is sealing better. The door gap between the upper and lower doors is now uneven. Customer to monitor for air, leakage and frost buildup in the freezer. If problem reoccurs, the technician will need to reach out to Assurant to inform them of a non-repairable cabinet/liner issue. The crisper drawer came off the shelf due to the trim of the shelf popping off. Adhered trim to glass shelf and advise customer to let it sit for 24 hours. This will keep the crisper drawer in place."

Customer stated the unit shaking and vibrating. Inspected the unit and found these shipping brackets still installed on the back of the unit. Per the quick installation guide from the manufacture the screws and bracket supposed to be removed before running a cycle. Faulty installation. Advised the customer to contact the retail company and have their installers come back out and properly install the unit.

Pulled the unit from the wall and found damage to multiple points of the wall oven along with missing screws. I showed this to the customer advised them this has been damaged or repaired previously. Took pictures of damage and issues. Installed new fan and ran a test cycle and no abnormal sounds prior to reinstalling the unit into the wall. Installed the unit back into the wall and could now hear a loud noise coming from the fan again. Sound due to the damage to the exterior cabinet panels on the unit. Damage to the unit not to be covered by manufacturer as it is not normal wear and tear nor is it manufacturer defect. Sent photos to customer.

Inspected the unit and found the suspension springs faulty in the basket and unit leaning to one side. Found the inner basket making a grinding noise while spinning. Also found the main control board faulty and exiting out of diagnostics while running tests. Unit is only a couple of years old. Called RCE and advised of the issues. RCE to contact the customer and exchange the unit.
