Inspected the unit and found the vent line blocked and not allowing airflow and moisture outside the home. Made adjustments to the vent line to make sure it was not kinked or bent behind the unit. Air flow Blockage will cause the unit to shut down prematurely and can cause the unit to have to run for multiple cycles before drying the clothes. Ran air flow test cycle at the vent filter and found less than 20% air flow. Inspected the exterior vent at the roof and found little airflow through. I advised the customer they need to have the vent line cleaned out. I advised the customer that it may be the maintenance dept responsibility to clear the vents and to contact them. All other checks ok the unit passed.

Customer states that unit makes a noise from the fresh food section and it recently stopped but no cooling issue. Removed evaporator cover and found ice build up around suction lines and near fan. Ice had melted away from the fan and this is why the noise is gone. Unit has several cracks as well. Stopped cracks from getting larger and insulated with permagum. Insulated suction lines as well. Fan is running. Unit should be down to temp in 24 hours. Advised customer that if frost/ice builds back up due to air leakage from cracks we have done all we can to seal cracks and prevent them from getting larger.

"Inspected unit and found a small amount of water in the bottom of the tub. Ran a test run on all cycles and each cycle filled with water, washed, and drained without any issues. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no leaks or defects. The doors closing properly and engaging. Made adjustments to the gaskets and the connections on the underside of the unit. Customer complained of water sitting in the bottom of the unit and the timer being hard to turn. I explained to the customer how the timer works and how the lower section has more options which means the timer is tighter and just more difficult to turn. However, the timer is functioning properly. After running the test cycles there was a large amount of soap suds buildup inside the tub, showed this to the customer and advised they need to use clean tablets on a regular basis to prevent suds from building up and causing issues with the unit. All checks OK"

Checked unit over customer was complaining that the lower portion of the refrigerator is too cold and will sometimes freeze food. Reset control customer had the unit set to cold and was causing the bottom section to start to freeze. Adjusted temperatures in the refrigerator and checked with temperature gun and the unit is right about 40? in the lower section which is what it should be. Unit checks OK
