Customer states that unit wouldnt spin out and now it wont start. Ran diagnostic and found F32 and F72 error. Long drain error and basket disengagement error. Both are related. Unit has some water in it keeping basket up and floating. Forced unit into drain and pump is getting voltage but wont move any water. Nothing blocking pump. Pump was installed in 10/20 and is under warranty still. ; ordrng 1 W10409079(PW) (Drain pump)

Customer states that unit cooled fine for about 5 days then temperature climbed to 55. It started cooling again and has been fine up until today its back to 55 and food is barely cool. Put unit into diagnostics and no sensors show shorted or open. Evaporator thermistor is showing a temp of 55 when evaporator is frosted over. Freezer evaporator is reading 29 which is closer to actual temp in freezer. Forced unit into defrost and it is defrosting properly. Checked resistance of sensors all are within spec for the temperature. Control isnt sensing temperature of evaporator thermistor. Unit needs control and would like evaporator thermistor on hand. ; ordrng 1 5304502779 (Control(PW)) and 1 808137001 (Defrost thermistor)

"Customer claims unit would give F3E1 error. Upon arrival unit was off, tub empty etc. put unit into a rinse and spin, unit filled, agitated, then had it drained out. Put unit into diagnostics found F8E1 error about long fill and F3E1 for water level sensor error. Sometimes excess suds may cause an issue. Cleared out codes, could not get unit to duplicate error. Told customer to go ahead and use, will order pressure switch.; ordrng 1 W10448876 (Pressure sensor/water level switch)"
