She had got someone to pull out the refrigerator and plug into the countertop outlet as before. Behind the refrigerator is an gfi outlet. The first call I was on that outlet was completely dead and would not reset, and house breaker was fine. Plugged unit into the countertop outlet unit ran fine since. That was from the time of the first call. They were supposed to send an electrician not us."

"Customer claims unit will run very intermittently. Doesnt seem to matter if its timed or sense dry or even using just air fluff setting. Upon arrival checked for proper 240V ok, removed lid and console. Checked wiring etc. ran unit on air fluff for 5 mins, no issue, checked door switch seemed fine. Stopped and started several times with out issue. Proceeded to test on heat in time dry, unit is running and heating and counting down. Called Bosch tech line put unit into diagnostics no error code, asked customer and she says shes never seen any error codes or flashing. Tech thought maybe unit motor was overheating but I asked her that and sometimes when using it cold for first load of the day it may act up right away. Checked for any loose or bad wires none. Could not to get act up in appropriate time frame. Gave estimate for new control board. Collected service call fee. Customer is going to think about the repair and talk over with husband."

Customer states that bake wont heat. They pulled the back cover and found a burnt wire. Inspected and found burnt wire at bake element. Element tests good. Broil and sensor test good. No loose connections at terminal block. Repaired wires and ran to test. Unit heats to 350 in ten minutes. All ok. Please mail out receipt.

Customer states that unit wont make ice and wont dispense water. Found ice maker off and dry. Cycled to test. It cycles fine and calls for water but wont fill. Hear valve operating. Hear valve operating for dispenser water as well but no output. Pulled unit and found no water hookup. Unit needs water supply. Advised customer to have a plumber install supply line.

Customer states that unit has water under it even when not in use. Floor has about a 1/2 inch of standing water. Removed top to inspect water valve. No leaks from valve. No signs of leak from machine. Ran rinse and spin cycle to test. No leaks from machine. No leaks at water valve on wall or drain. Water is not coming from the washer. Water extends to ac system. Believe condensate pump for ac system is leaking or inop. Advised customer to have hvac tech look into it. Water is pooling by the washer because it is the low point of the laundry room floor.

Customer stated unit wont start like last time. Customer is using and interior vent system at this time. Found thermal fuse shorted open causing no start. Replaced fuse from stock. Ran to test. Unit starts and heats well. Temps are cycling between 125-160 on high heat. Within spec and cycling thermostat is operating as it should. All ok. ; used 1 3392519 (Thermal fuse(PW)) from stock
