"Checked unit over, found that the unit had a crack in the front left burner that splintered outward from some sort of impact. Attached pictures. Tested all of the burners to make sure everything else is functioning properly. Called and spoke with Home Buyers and sent them pictures. They do not consider this normal wear and tear. They did call the customer while I was on the phone and informed them of this."

"Customer states that the unit has no lights, did advise that the bulbs are not covered, and when they open the door it seems to be running still. If they hit cancel it stops. Load tested the unit several times and tried to recreate the issues. Unit did work as its supposed to."

Cycled ice maker to make sure the bail arm was not hanging up. Unit checked ok

Customer states that unit is making a popping/poof noise when unit ignites. Ran to verify. Flame is lifting away from the burner causing improper ignition. Adjusted air shutter and ran to test. Unit cycled 6-7 times with no abnormal noise. All ok.

Customer states that unit wont power on. Removed console and found the power cord disconnected from the main board. Connection was loose from the factory. No signs of tampering. Ran diagnostics cycle to test and all functions operate as they should. All ok.

Customer states that unit was taking several cycles to dry but now it wont heat at all. Inspected unit and found the heater thermal fuse shorted open. Replaced fuse and high limit thermostat as precaution. Ran to test. Unit is heating as it should. Unit had dry time issues because of a clogged vent. Advised customer to have the vent cleared. If problem persists after cleaning vent the unit will need the thermistor.

Inspected unit and found the icemaker flex mold on the tray was just stuck. Made adjustments and icemaker is functioning properly at this time. I advised the customer to give it 24/48 hrs before ice production returns to normal.

Inspected the unit and found customer using too much detergent. Provided information to the customer about detergent usage. Made adjustments to the door and the magnet for the door switch to allow it to close properly. Provided information to customer on what cycles to be running. The unit is now functioning properly. Inspected the unit and found the doors not closing and aligning properly. Made adjustments to the door. Applied grease to the door closures and adjusted the mullion. Doors closing properly now. Provided info to the customer about the weight of the doors and demonstrated common issues with them. All other checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of dog hair in the unit having caused the heating assembly and safety thermal fuse to short out. Found what appeared to be burnt hair in the unit. Recommended the customer move the dryer to another location away from the wash/drying station. The element assembly will fail again if the issue of the dog hair getting into the unit is not addressed. Provided estimate and the customer declined repair.

"Unit is 15 years old in bathroom. Customer states that the unit leaks, and makes noise. Also the start button intermittently acts up. The household drain is backing up when the washing machine drains. The drain is sluggish and cant keep up allowing the water to overflow the drain.
