Ran multiple test cycles and found the shift motor making a loud grinding noise when trying to shift and the motor not spinning up to a max speed. Drain the unit and ran a spin cycle. During the spin cycle I could hear the grinding from the gearcase. Provided information to the customer and recommended they replace the unit as it was not financially a sound repair.

"Upon arrival put unit into diagnostic mode to see if unit had any error codes. Unit had no error codes. Started up a cycle on 350? to listen to the fans. Could not hear any abnormal noise. When customer heard the noise she was talking about, it was coming from the cooling fan. Noise was a general fan sound but louder than her other oven so she was concerned.
