Checked unit over found that the unit had been leaking from the left side of the unit. Cleaned around front of the door seal in both sides of the door seal where food buildup had been. Adjusted door seal and tested unit. Unit checks OK customer is going to run a test load to see how it does. Please let me know if this has more issues

Unit is under warranty still. 7 years from manufacturer. Customer states that they found a small amount of water near the left rear corner. No water currently. No signs of leaks from water supply connections. Removed front panel to inspect. No signs of leaks. Ran rinse/spin cycle to test for leaks. Unit did not leak during cycle. No leaks when unit drains either. Ran cycle with warm water to test for leaks. Unable to duplicate concern.

Unit isnt coming on properly without moving door. Inspected unit and found damage from being dropped. The cabinet is warped from drop and keeps door out of alignment. Unit is not repairable and LG wont cover drop damage. Customer purchased unit from Home Depot and has been in touch with the manager about replacement. Spoke with Home Depot and they are replacing unit for customer due to installer damage.

Customer states that unit is making a grind noise in spin and drain pump is running constantly. Unit has overflow error. Inspected unit and found cam loose and dragging. It is also causing an out of balance which cause the overflow condition. Cam was removed last time to inspect for damage. Nut had come loose. Replaced cam and calibrated control. No more noise or out of balance issues. All ok. ; used 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock

Customer states that unit intermittently wont advance. Ran diagnostics and found F8E1 long fill no fill error present. This will keep the unit from advancing. Especially in the rinse portion. Forced valve on in test mode and pressure is weak. Removed supply line and found screen blocked with debris from the water softener. Cleared debris and pressure is better. Advised customer to have a plumber check out softener. Issue may reoccur unless issue with softener is addressed.

Inspected the unit and found ice buildup around the freezer fan due to the sealed system lines running into the unit allowing warm air into the freezer section. Applied permagum around sealed system piping and used food grade sealant to seal up the liner in the freezer section. All checks OK
