"Inspected the unit and found poor airflow to the exterior and the customer received a D80 error code. This error code is for 80% blockage in the vent line to the exterior of the home. Rent an air quality test a small pieces of paper towel and found no debris outside the home by the exterior vent. Also found the vent guards closed and were not opening while running a cycle. Found lint buildup on the door. Advised to customer they have poor airflow to the exterior and they need to have someone professionally come out and clear the vent line. If they continue having issues after, they will need to contact LG factory service as everything we can see is pointing towards vent line blockage."

Checked out the unit and the unit unit is located in the basement. Found that the unit was sloped to the left by three or 4 inches. Tried balancing it the best we could and ran it through a diagnostic cycle found that the unit unit had an out of balance error code. Remove the actuator due to getting bind up on the bottom of the unit and adjusted the foot pads. Ran another calibration cycle. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and we were unable to look up the pass error codes and they stated it would not get past the rent cycle. We ran through a diagnostics, and the unit was spinning and shifting we were unable to check the hot and cold or the drain pump due to it, not being hooked up water or drain system. Remove the drain hoses and inspected for any debris in the drain pump and found no debris. Check OK."
