Inspected the unit and found the unit louder than normal. Found that the rear bulkhead was rattling. Made adjustments to the bulk head and removed the support wheels and applied grease lubricant and ran a test cycle. All checks good

"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice buildup behind the evaporator cover preventing the cooling fan from functioning. provided a quote to remove all shelving, evaporator cover and to make necessary repairs to stop warm air from entering behind the cover. Customer approved. Removed shelving. Put unit through a forced defrost. Used steamer to dislodge the evaporator cover from its seating. Removed evaporator cover. Melted all ice from around the cooling lines. Applied permi gum to all areas that were allowing warm air into the unit. Reassembled. All checks ok"
