"Inspected the unit and found the compressor making a loud humming noise. Pulled the unit forward and found ice starting to form on the rear of the unit. Partial frost pattern found inside the refrigerator, this is an indicator of a sealed system leak and a portion of the coolant/Freon has leaked out of the unit and will continue to leak out until it empties the line and the unit will warm to room temperature. A sealed system leak repair requires is not a guarantee as the sealed system in the linear could be damaged as well. The ice forming on the back of the unit is caused due to the rear exterior insulation failing, which is not repairable. Tech recommends to replace the unit."

Techline said either the gas orifices were not replaced correctly for propane gas or the plumber did not reinstall the valve cap on the regulator. Techline said it was possible that the gas pressure is too high but he had not seen the flame pattern like this before. Provided info to the customer."

Inspected unit and found the unit not draining and locked. Found the unit full of water. Tried to drain unit from hose at bottom and unit would not drain. Vacuumed out water and took filter out of unit. Filter was clear but found red token in hose clogging the pump. Took token out of hose. Unit draining well. All checks ok.

"Checked unit over found that the unit wont run through cycle and doesnt work unless its in diagnostics. Needs control and fascia. Once in diagnostics put in spin and only agitator spin. Checked unit and found grease and oil all over the stator and rotor and clutch. Unit needs gear case, stator, rotor and clutch. "Customer states that unit is continuously rinsing the load and never finishing the cycle. Checked control for error codes. F2E1 stuck button error, F0E3 overload error, F0E5 off balance error. Inner basket is loose on the drive shaft. Cannot remove the wash plate without breaking it. Unable to see if spinner nut is loose or if inner basket is damaged. The transmission is very loud when spinning by hand. Motor, lid lock, shifter, suspension, and drain pump all operate as they should. The unit needs the wash plate, spanner nut, inner basket, and transmission.; ordrng 1 W10909670 (Spanned nut) and 1 W10752283 (Wash plate) and 1 W10811957 (Inner basket) and 1 W11393685 (Transmission)"

Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit filled with hot and cold water, drained, locked the lid, agitated, and spun on high without any abnormal issues.
