"Customer states that the unit is freezing everything on the top shelf. Not getting any frost build up on back like previously. Checked for error code and unit has 25C error. Defrost sensor error. Defrost sensor and heater have been replaced. Removed evaporator cover to inspect. Normal amount of frost on evaporator and fan is running as it should. Temp set to 39. Compressor, condenser fan, and evaporator fan are running as they should. Contacted Samsung tech line and per their suggestion the main control needs replaced because the board isnt reading the defrost sensor. Picked up board and installed. Verified compressor came on. Unit will defrost properly now."

Customer stated that unit leaked onto floor. When customer opened door to check the wash arm was loose and melted to the heater. Wash arm orbital sprayer came loose. The unit was spraying water on the door and past the door sweep. Replaced wash arm and ran to test. No more leaks. All ok.

Inspected the unit and found damage to the motor and stator and possibly to the gear case which would require the entire tub to be changed out. Found signs of the water valves leaking and found damage to a drain line hose underneath the unit leaking water on the floor. I provided information to customer about the unit and issues they are having. Customer is going to replace the unit due to extensive repair required.
