"Inspected the unit and found an error code for PF which stands for power failure. This is normal when the unit is powered off in the middle of a cycle. I advised the customer to let it run through the cycle and dont stop it mid cycle even if it seems like it is not working. This is due to the high concentration of HE detergent. If the customer uses too much detergent it will mess with the sensors and cause the unit to stop mid cycle. Cleared out the pressure sensor line from any detergent buildup in it and ran a test cycle. The unit filled with cold and hot water, agitated, drained, and spend through the low medium and high cycles. The motor and basket are functioning properly with no issues. All checks OK"
