Inspected unit and found the freezer section with ice on the bottom of it and the icemaker water guide not inserted into the waterline correctly and causing it to leak. Made adjustments to the guide and icemaker. Customer complained of low water flow. Tested valves and filter and water flow. Waterflow does appear to be slightly lower than normal but could not find any issue with the water valves or filter. Advised the customer to run the unit through 24 hour defrost cycle with the doors open to allow the ice how long the back liner to melt. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found damage to both the freezer and refrigerator door gaskets. Found the compressor running for about eight minutes and then shutting off and then kicking back on shortly after. The temps in the fresh food section were an average of 47? and an average of 15? in the freezer section both sections are slightly warmer than they should be. Found large gap in between the inner and outer liner. I advised the customer due to the condition of the unit and the compressor eventually failing and I did not recommend them replacing the door gaskets due to the high cost and recommended just sealing up the liner and see if that improves cooling. The unit is 14 years old. Customer approved of the sealant kit repair. Customer said they would monitor the temperatures of the next couple days. Applied sealant and sealed gapping in the refrigerator and freezer section.

"Inspected the unit and found issues with two of the back support rollers, the idler pulley with a large amount of lint and hair build up on it and a thermal fuse out 9f range. Found a large amount of lint buildup inside the unit and the vent lines partially blocked. Provided estimate, approved. Cleared lint and hair out of the unit, cleared both support wheels and replaced with extra stock and made adjustments to the thermistor. Cleared idler pulley and greased pulley and all wheels. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle. All checks ok. Advised the customer to have a company clear their vent line once a year."

"Inspected the unit and found the heating element activating and deactivating during a timed and sense cycle. Cleaned the moisture sensors. drum and motor rotating properly. Inspected the exterior vent line and found very low airflow out the side of the house. The customer has some form of blockage in their vent line causing low airflow outside which results in moisture remain inside the unit and the clothes not drain. Recommend the customer a professional vent cleaning company come out and clear the line. All other checks OK"
