"Inspected unit and found that unit first was not plugged into the wall. Plugged unit in got the unit to turn on in cooling mode. Compressor was kicking on blower on freezer was blowing out cold air and some cold air was going into the fridge. Ran a diagnostic on all the components no error codes were shown. Compressor kicked on and started cooling the fridge. I did run an amp check on the compressor. The amp on the compressor at startup was less than two and then went down to about 1.2amps while it was running. I let the customer know that we would like to let this thing cool for at least 24 hours to see if its even gonna get up to temperature because sometimes unplugging it for an extended period of time will reset the unit and clear out any issues that may have presented themselves in the controls. If the unit is not cooling after the 24 hours, then my diagnostic is going to be a sealed system leak which I have also shared with the customer as well in at that point they will probably just purchase a new unit instead of repairing a 10 year year-old refrigerator"

Inspected the unit and customer stated that they had no power getting to the unit. Ran a few test cycles and made adjustments to the door hinge at the top left corner. Ran test cycle and found the unit operating correctly. After making adjustments to the door hinge ran two more test cycles and the unit was operating correctly. All checks good.
