Upon arrival customer stated the unit does not keep its temperature and will either burn things or not be done completely at the end of the cycle. Customer stated they talked with LG customer service and they informed the customer that the unit was supposed to have been condemned and should not have been sold through Best Buy. Ref # RNN211222048581 is from LG. Inspected the unit and set a pre-heat cycle at 250? and the unit heated to the correct temperature with no decrease or runaway temperatures after preheat. Ran another preheat cycle at 350? and after 20 minutes The unit temperature was stable around 350? and we did not have any temperature drops or temperature increase. Sending info to LG.

Installed pressure regulator valve. Range still doing the same thing. Called GE techline and spoke with Charles. He said that the customer needs to have gas company come out and check the gas pressure. Tech stated the gas company needs to put a tube connected to a manometer around an orifice and turn on the the gas valve. Gas should be at 4-6w.c. Then they need to turn on a second gas valve and see if the gas pressure maintains at 4-6w.c. Tech stated there is nothing else that would affect both the burners and the oven gas supply other than the regulator valve. Tech stated there is an issue with supply incoming to the unit.

Inspected unit for excess lint buildup anywhere but the lint screen. Found no excess buildup on blower nor in vent. Unit had good airflow. Customer stated unit was getting clothes dry in an appropriate amount of time. Customer was just worried about it building up lint anywhere else as there was not much on the lint screen itself compared to her old dryer. No excess lint buildup anywhere. All checks OK.
