RC thermistor shows open. Compressor and all fans are operating correctly. Defrost bi metal shows open. With the amount of frost on the evaporator it should be closed. Tested both at the main harness and both are shorted open. Unit needs RC evaporator fan motor w/harness, and FC evaporator fan motor w/harness. This is the only way to get the sensors. "Customer states that left front burner wouldnt control the temperature, now no burners come on. Oven is operating as it should. Inspected unit and found some corrosion on the touchpad ribbo strip. Cleared corrosion and all burners operate now. Temperature sensor in the left front burner is shorted. Unit needs touchpad and burner. Customer does not wish to repair."

"Customer states that unit is displaying an ur error code. This is an unbalanced error. Customer can get the unit to drain by changing cycle. Checked control for errors and ub and dc are present. Ub is an unbalanced error and dc is a door open error. Lid is locking as it should. Ran diagnostics cycle to test and unit spun up to speed with no excessive vibrations. Unit is slightly out of level. Tub is leaning slightly as well. Leveled unit and inspected clutch assembly. Clutch assembly has some end play. Tub spins freely by hand. Unable to duplicate concern of un balanced. Possible that the small amount of end play is causing the clutch assembly to bind up. This will cause and error. If problem reoccurs unit would need clutch assembly, wash plate, and main pcb."

Customer states at the end of the cycle it is very loud and sounds like the transmission is going out. Unit also makes a thumping noise. Noise is because the basket is hitting the sides of the cabinet. Unit was not properly leveled. Leveled unit and inspected transmission. No signs of damage or end play. Belt does appear to have been slipping at some point. Most likely due to overloading. Ran drain and spin with load of towels to test for transmission noises. No abnormal noises from the transmission. Advised customer that all sounds are normal.

"Customer states that the unit wont start. Inspected unit and voltage to the control but no operation. Unplugged and checked connections. No loose or broken wires. Reset control and unit powered up. Unit has an F1E1 error. This is a main control fault. Ran diagnostics cycle to test functions and the inner basket is loose. The drive hub is worn allowing basket to wobble. Unable to remove wash plate to inspect the hub. Quoted worst case scenario for repair. Unit would need transmission assembly, drive hub, wash plate, and main pcb. Due to cost the customer does not wish to repair."
