Checked unit over and found that the unit was heating up properly and was shutting off with no issues when disconnected from apartment vent. Put unit on air dry it was not heating up. This is normal. Disconnected from apartment venting and instructed customer to run a couple loads through to ensure that it is functioning normal when not connected to their vents. She was OK with this. I spoke with Sandy at Aarons and they are OK with us billing them for the trip charge.

Last time out the unit was leaking. Found that the insulation of the unit was not done correctly. The garbage disposal knock out was not removed. Customer states that the dishes are not cleaning leaving a film on the unit and the soap dispenser is not opening. Did do a cup upright and the cups did fill up within 8 minutes.
