"Checked unit over, found that the rubber door boot was completely ripped and the deflector was also torn up. Unit needs new rubber door boot and deflector. Unit also needs new shocks due to the drum moving all around. It is possible that the unit will need a tub, but at the moment we are just recommending to replace the door boot, deflector, and shocks. No repair as of now"

"Unit is 7 years old in laundry room. Customer states unit squeals and shows a door error. Inspected unit and found the door switch shorted open causing error. Found several rollers loose/worn causing noise. Also found vent tube from the blower housing to the back of the machine split at the seam. Reassembled vent, installed rollers and door switch. Ran to test. Unit is quiet and runs as it should. Unit is currently tumbling and heating. All ok. ; used 4 DE16782E (Roller), and 1 DC64-00828B (Door switch) from stock"

Thawed evaporator cover to remove and found the defrost drain frozen again. Thawed it out again. Began to repair holes/cracks but they are too large to repair. This has allowed moisture into the insulation. The insulation is freezing and collapsing the defrost drain. This cannot be repaired. Stopped repair and reassembled. Calling AHS to inform of non repairable issues. They are submitting it for replacement. Same authorization 141RGMI

"Customer states that they are having issues with the display and the door does not want to open. Upon arrival the display was blank but with the unit had interior lights. Found that the clock was not set. Set the time on the clock and the display is bright. Checked function of all buttons and they're working as they should. Ran into the test and it is heating as it should. The door will not pop open due to the way the unit is installed. It is a countertop unit that the customer has mounted underneath, the cupboard above the counter. The cabinet is warped, causing the door to bind up. No repair possible. Unable to duplicate concern of issues with Display."
