Checked unit over found that the customer had unplugged unit for two days and found water underneath the refrigerator. Removed that cover and found that the drain tube was not inserted into the drain pan. Inserted into the drain pan and secured properly. Instructed customer to give unit 24 hours to get down to the proper temperature. Checks OK

Checked unit over found that the door handle and the door were both broken. Spoke with HBW and gave them pictures and its not something they're willing to cover because they dont consider it normal wear and tear. Customer could not get door open. Opened door and adjusted drawer and tracks. Checks OK called homebuyers and gave them this information. Alex is informing customer of their decision.

Customer has random issues with water accessibility in the unit spinning through the cycle. Ran install mode to check all components in washing machine, cycled through activation cycle of all components and recalibrated unit. All components check OK, cleared air history of water level error codes. Advised customer to try and run a sanitize cycle three times. If the problem comes back a new control board and pressure sensor will need to be installed
