Check unit over found unit had a massive amount of detergent buildup in the bottom of the dishwasher. This was causing it to leak. Cleared out detergent buildup and instructed customer on usage. Checks OK

Replaced front door panel and had customer inspect unit. Husband inspected the dishwasher and everything was OK.

Removed door and adjusted door seal. Reinstalled door and adjusted door hinge so that door seal would seal up better. Ensured that the entire casing of the freezer section was siliconed tightly. Unit checks ok.

Cleared out ice jammed in icemaker and reset control. Checks ok

Inspected the unit and found gapping around the freezer section between the inner and outer liner. Sealed up gapping and cleared condensation off gasket. Gaskets are sealing out without any issues. All checks OK

"Inspected the unit and customer stated that the unit would kick the bake element off when opening the door. Preheated the unit to 350 and ran several test cycles and was unable to duplicate the issue. Talked with Frigidaire Tech Line and they advised that steam when opening the door is running onto the display and causing a miscommunications with the display. Unit needs new control and drain pump due to not filling with water and constantly reading drain error. No repair.

Inspected the unit and found the compressor off and the unit appeared to be running a defrost cycle. Performed a hard reset on the compressor and powered the unit back up. Unit pulled 5.5 amps on startup and returned to .80 amps on a constant run. Reset the control board and deactivated the smart defrost cycle. Unit on 8 hour standard defrost cycle. Advised the customer the compressor is now back up and running and should return to temps within 24 hours. If temps dont return then they are looking at a sealed system leak.

"nspected the unit and found 4 error codes while in diagnostics- oversuds, overfill/leak detected, drain pump, and wax vent. Cleared error codes and ran a test cycle and found no leaks under the unit, prior leak at the door probably due to the oversuds (cleaned sensor and reattached). Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit is not overfilling and the drain pump is running and functioning properly, good water flow through the drain line. Wax vent is secure and no leaks. Reprogrammed the board and ran an express wash cycle. Found no faults or errors with control and all diagnostic cycles responding correctly. Customer is using Cascade Complete (has dawn detergent in pods) and recommended to not use any detergent pods that contain dawn as they can cause oversuds. Before leaving the home I turned on an express wash cycle and advised to allow it to finish and see if we get any other error codes. Ran an express wash cycle and roughly 10 minutes in started beeping for no apparent reason. Faulty control and drain circuit. Ordering parts. Installed drain pump, control, display, and venting fan. Ran a diagnostic and normal cycle and found no other issues."

Inspected the unit and found the wash motor not engaging during the wash cycle. Found power going to the wash motor but the wash motor are not engaging. Gave the customer an estimate of the repair and they did not want to fix it.

"Inspected the unit and found the bake and broil elements not working and not heating up. The burners on the top all worked properly. Pulled the unit out and removed the back covers and found that the relay board was shorted out and potentially the control board. Advised them of the cost of a relay board and there was a chance at the control board also needs to be replaced. Advised them of the total amount of both parts would need to be replaced, and they did not want to put that money towards the unit."

Theres a short somewhere in the wiring harness in one of the components that is causing this to shut down and short out the control board.
