"Inspected the unit and found one shipping bolt still installed on the rear of the unit and a second one laying down on the floor. Pull the unit away from the wall and could hear constant water leaking. Shut off the waterlines removed the waterlines. While pulling the unit out of the laundry room, discovered water leaking out the front bottom of the unit. Move the top front and back panels and discovered shipping bolt had caused damaged to the tub. Both shipping bolts had broke off Because they had not been removed. Photo sent to customer regarding damage. Front portion of the tub has a large piece cracked off and anytime water would enter the tub it would leak out the front of the unit. This has caused water to get on the underside control board, drain pump, and motor. Electrolux warranty does not cover this repair as this is not normal wear and tear and was directly caused by the unit not being installed properly. Advised the customer to take this report and photos to the retailer regarding replacement of the unit since this was not installed properly."

Checked out the unit and customer stated when they tried running a cycle it would fill with water but then randomly stop. Ran a test cycle and found that the spray arms were plugged up and the unit was not cleaning properly. Ran two test cycles and after cleaning out spray arms the unit was operating correctly. Also advised the customer to make sure they run some cleaning tablets through the unit to helpremove the suds out of the unit. Check OK
